Q: How do I download my tracks once I have paid for them?
A: Log in with your email address and password. You will be directed to your account page. Select “My Downloads” from the list on the left hand side, select which tracks you want to download then click on the download selections button.
On some browsers you may get the following message dependant on your security settings.
Click OK then the following message bar will appear at the top of the page:
Click for options and select ‘allow downloads’. You will then have to reselect your tracks and click on the download selections button again.
The following box will appear – press save.
You will then have the options of where to save your file and to change the file name. Select save.
You can access and download your tracks at any time – just simply log in to your account.
Q: Is it possible to change the key or remove instruments / backing vocals from the tracks?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to effect key changes or remove individual instruments or backing vocals. However, there are a number of tracks which are available on the website in alternative keys and arrangements.
Q: Is it possible to have a custom made track?
A: Yes, we can offer tailor made tracks. Please contact us for more information by either telephone or by using the contact us form on the website
